For years I didn't really advertise that I was an illustrator, but over time, I have become involved in creating editorial illustrations for the In Trust magazine I have been designing for the past decade or so. Usually, in conjunction with the article themes related to the magazine's audience (seminary trustees) the illustrations help convey the thrust of the writing, or attract a reader to an otherwise potentially dry topic.
What follows in this slide show are a sampling of both photo illustrations and cartoons for the magazine.
